Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PWET website, application, and related services (collectively, "PWET" or the "Service"). By accessing or using PWET, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

PWET is an experimental, on-chain mining game and token ecosystem built on the Solana blockchain. The Service is provided for entertainment and experimentation and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You may use PWET only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, and are of legal age to enter into binding agreements. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of PWET is compliant with local rules.

3. Wallets and Self-Custody

PWET is a non-custodial application. You connect your own Solana wallet to interact with the protocol. You are solely responsible for managing and securing your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet devices. PWET never has access to, nor control over, your private keys.

4. On-Chain Interactions

All deposits, mining, rewards, and claims happen via Solana programs and on-chain transactions. Once submitted, transactions are generally irreversible. You acknowledge that all actions are final and that you bear full responsibility for your wallet's on-chain activity.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PWET for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or attack the protocol or users
• Interfering with network operations or infrastructure

6. No Warranties

PWET is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service, or the absence of bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in the smart contracts or infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWET, its creators, maintainers, developers, and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, tokens, data, or use arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that interacting with blockchain-based systems involves significant risks, including but not limited to extreme volatility, smart contract failures, network outages, and regulatory changes. You assume full responsibility for these risks when using PWET.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

PWET may evolve over time. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes go live constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

PWET may reference or integrate third-party services, such as RPC providers, analytics, or wallets. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or terms.
